  4. Next, I have seen everybody around me thinking of their goals, but not everyone of them is able to achieve them or even do a bit out of it. The ultimate reason behind it is, these people lack 2 things — Firstly, they are not clear about what is their GOAL. Secondly, they don’t put a deadline to their goals. You need to understand that finalizing your goal, with setting smaller goal to achieve it, will help you over come all the challenges that one will face during their journey, making them resilient.
  5. During the journey there will be times where one see failure, be it small or big. Reflect on past experiences. What strategies helped you overcome obstacles before? Use those lessons for future challenges.

By stating an example: my brother would never do his assignments until the last day of deadline. If the assignment is due today 11:59am, he would start somewhere around 12noon. Why? because he knows his mind works better under pressure, the pressure of submitting the assignment before the deadline makes him get up from his bed, leave his phone, say no to everything and just work for continuous 6-7 hours. On the other hand, it’s me, who wants to have a proper schedule to make the work done, If I don’t have a to-do list for the day, I will just waste all my day in the bed, using my phone, scrolling instagram. It might be different for both us the stress or pressure we need to work under, but there were times where we discovered what are our suitable environment of best productivity.
